Public bug reported:

When trying to calibrate a webcam in the Colour system settings, the
wizard tries to install a package called shared-color-targets but this
package is not available.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open system settings;
2. Select "Colour";
3. Select the webcam (see attached screenshot);
4. Click "Calibrate...";
5. Click "Continue";
6. Select "Quick" and click "Continue";
7. Click "Continue" again; the next page proposes to install common colour 
target files;
8. Click "Install Now"; another dialogue box opens that suggest installing the 
package shared-color-targets;
9. Click "Install".

Actual behaviour
An error message appears saying that the package is not available.

Expected behaviour
The package is installed and the user can continue calibrating the camera.
