Thank you for your bug report, I don't think it's a bug, it's how design
provided the assests and it's consistent with the logo i.e on
http://www.ubuntu.com/ or on CDs and other branding material distributed

By comparison, see that this is capitalized in Oneiric, which is what
leads me to believe this change might be an error.
