Bug description:
  Open only a terminal and top within it. CPU is 5%. Hit Win and the
  dash is displayed. CPU goes to about 30% (compiz) and stays there.
  Blur is disabled. Exit dash, CPU goes back to normal.

  Ubuntu 12.04 here, integrated Intel GPU, single-core Atom processor.

I just have to press super key and the CPU Usage goes to the sky. No
search needs to be performed.
