Re: Design review for AMBARI-12697
+1 for the proposal. This would be a very useful feature. It's a UI feature I am proposing that displays all the upgrade and downgrade attempts done against the cluster. So that customers can review the upgrade/downgrade history much the same as how they may review all the background requests that Ambari server handles. (Users can see the background requests list via the "ops" link at the top of the page, right besides the cluster name). Please let me know of your comments. If all is good, I will start coding it. Thanks Di.
[CANCEL] [VOTE] Apache Ambari 2.2.2 RC0
Thanks Rob for finding this blocker and fixing it. I am canceling the vote for RC0 due to blocker patches being available. I will be sending out a vote for RC1 shortly. Best regards, Srimanth From: Robert LevasSent: Monday, April 25, 2016 2:25 PM To: dev@ambari.apache.org Subject: Re: [VOTE] Apache Ambari 2.2.2 RC0 -1. I have a blocker issue that should be fixed before Ambari 2.2.2 is released. Without my patch (https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMBARI-16072), issue may be encountered when adding services to a Kerberized cluster. Typically this will be after an upgrade to 2.2.2 and if AMS is set to distributed mode, however issues may occur in other scenarios since the stack advisor is not feed a complete set of data. My patch fixes this.
