[VOTE] Promote the Compress Antlib
Hi all, the compress Antlib which provides cpio and ar archiving and unarchiving tasks in addition to alternative tar, zip, bzip2 and gzip tasks is functionally more or less complete and I'd like to release it shortly after 1.8.0 since it addresses a few bugzilla issues for the core tasks as well. As a first step I propose to promote the Antlib from the sandbox to a proper Antlib.
