If you have more time than me, you can do the release :) We need to get necessary stuff merged back in the 2.4 branch. We need a review of the doc and the site and replace mentions of svn by git (some people wrote they were still confused by that, we missed some on the site apparently). We need to update the doc about how to release; which would be probably done along the releasing.
