This looks odd.
I cannot see any issues on the repo side maybe the in between ssl platform.
I will try to have a look this week.
You can ignore that.

Hi,

currently the built packages cannot be uploaded to the repository server.
Caused by: org.eclipse.aether.transfer.ArtifactTransferException: Could 
not transfer artifact 
org.apache.archiva:archiva-jetty:tar.gz:bin:2.2.2-20161027.220655-19 
from/to archiva-repository.snapshots 
(https://archiva-repository.apache.org/archiva/repository/snapshots/): 
Connection reset


It seems to be down. Could you have a look? Or do you know who to
contact?
