[GSoC] Build out Beam Yaml features

Hi all!

I am Reeba Qureshi, interested in the "Build out Beam Yaml features"  (link
) for GSoC 2024. I worked
with Apache Beam during GSoC 2023 and built Beam ML use cases (report
).
It was a great experience and I'm looking forward to contributing more to
the Beam project!
