Hey folks,

it’s been a while since the last release. There’s about a dozen changes in the 
CHANGELOG:
https://github.com/apache/buildr/blob/master/CHANGELOG 


I believe it would be a good time to run a release. With your permission, I’ll 
get started on rolling out a RC.
