I ran the failing test suite against 4.9.2 - and everything passed
Test Site 2 Site VPN Across redundant VPCs ... === TestName:

ok

so the failures appear to be due to the changes in the PR

Have you tested as @jburwell comments, `broadcasturi` cannot be part of the 
response for user, only for root-admin. Does this PR make `broadcasturi` 
visible to users?

#1700 will provide initial IPv6 support in Basic Networking, really would like 
to see that go in. Got more code waiting (ready!) to get it merged once it goes 
in.

will take a final look and merge.

1904 - It is nuage plugin specific changes. I have no way to test
them. I am going to merge it tomorrow(if anyone has any concerns
with merge, please raise them on the PR and I will wait)

I am looking at the list of PR sorted by reviews at
http://acs:a...@acspr.ena.net + a mix of Jira.

ClassNotFoundException, occurring after the update to the latest version of
Amazon aws client.
