We're waiting for the 4.9.0 announcements which is why the repositories 
announcements, release notes/upgrade notes etc. and links are yet to be 
added/edited on the website.


I've built a repository from the tag during voting that you may use for testing:

RC2 was voted for with a pass. I'm currently building the RPM and DEB packages 
and will wait with releasing them when 4.9.0 is official.
