[cforms] Binding definition re-created for every load

Is there any semantic reason for re-creating the binding
definition every time a form is loaded?  This is what
occurs at least with the samples.

For contrast, form definitions are only re-created when
the underlying source is modified.  (See getFormDefinition
and getStoredFormDefinition in DefaultFormManager.java)

no reason I guess,
inside JXPathBindingManager there is this:
//TODO caching of the Bindings.

similar to how form definitions are cached by the FormManager, just 
needs to be done yet...

Hehe, here comes a candidate class for the (really) transient store ;-)
