The relative links were added to site.xml (in commons parent) earlier this year.
AFAICT only the sites built since then have the problem, because only
they have the extra links.

Found a few more I had overlooked.

Also did pool, because I realised that a rebuild of the site won't
solve the problem until commons parent is re-released.

As to the other sites, there should be no need to regenerate them: one
can just update the production sites in SVN.
I should be able to do that a bit later.

are not working.

Try changing the links to absolute ones.
