Yes - the DB was created with 1.0.1 and compacting failed with 1.0.2

Were you compacting a database created by an older CouchDB version? If

I have posted a bug that we are getting during compaction  cleanup ( 
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/COUCHDB-1147 ) and was wondering if 
anyone has seen this or knows of a way around it.
