Hi Dave,

I believe this is a contiual thing and has nothing to do with the migration.
There will always be stale issues to manage. If you think there are some
problems with it, we can continue discuss about this.

Hi Wenli,

OK, I understand. I have temporarily unsubscribed from commits@ yesterday as 
these emails were filling my mailbox.

There are quite a large number of stale issues. It's very boring work to go 
through all of these issues. Will this be a continual issue now or we these all 
triggered due to the repository migration when ECharts moved to the Apache 
Incubator?
