When running Apache Sling (built with Felix) on Java 10 the memory usage plugin 
doesn't render completely (see screenshot).

Currently capabilities are only read from bundle manifest. There should be a 
way to register and unregister capabilities, like 
{{BundleContext#registerCapability(...)}}
