It depends on the release manager.

But the problem here is that, if the release manager is responsible, then
we do not need to start this thread...
The release manager will make more releases or if he/she could not do more
releases, he/she should ask to EOL the release line.

So let's wait for a while, about 1 week? If no other opinions, and no one
volunteers to the final release, let's just EOL it.
