Re: EOL 1.3.x?
Seems no objections. Let's EOL it. Thanks all for chiming in. +1 -- Best regards, R.C From: 张铎(Duo Zhang) Sent: 11 August 2020 16:01 To: HBase Dev List; hbase-user Subject: EOL 1.3.x? The last release for 1.3.x is 2019.10.20, which means we do not have a release for this release line for about 10 months. Let's make it EOL and tell users to at least upgrade to 1.4.x? Thanks.
Re: EOL 1.3.x?
It depends on the release manager. But the problem here is that, if the release manager is responsible, then we do not need to start this thread... The release manager will make more releases or if he/she could not do more releases, he/she should ask to EOL the release line. So let's wait for a while, about 1 week? If no other opinions, and no one volunteers to the final release, let's just EOL it. Thanks.
