This suggests one more adopter/reviewer. Has anyone in the community
been using this module and can vouch for it? Anyone is welcome to share
your votes here at dev@ on anything in the STATUS review file, whether
you are a committer or not.

[NOTICE] Intent to T 2.4.28

Hi, all;
   It's been a while since we've rolled a release and we've had some recent 
movement, so I'd like to propose T of 2.4.38 in the next day or two. I'll 
plan to proceed Thursday morning (US Central).
