+1 - imo there's more than enough mutilated httpd packages out there to 
warrant such a list. Perhaps packagers@ would be better?

Would a packagers' list be restricted to httpd only, or would it include 
other projects like APR?

APR being a prerequisite for httpd certainly makes me think the same - but
I don't think we should spread much further than that (ie. no need to 
cover the joys of jarfiles ;)

packaging of httpd and directly related items. (ie how 3rd party modules 
are organized would fall nicely into this category).
