It is possible to violate NOT NULL constraint when using
{{IgniteDataStreamer}}. See attached reproducer.
Attention should be paid to various SQL commands using data streamer
internally. Among them:
1. {{COPY}} command.
2. Operations executed with {{SET STREAMING ON}} mode.
