Hello,

There is something I don't understand, I updated dnsjava and the following
build succeeded:

   -

https://ci-builds.apache.org/blue/rest/organizations/jenkins/pipelines/JMeter/pipelines/JMeter-trunk/runs/167/log/?start=0

But we have a random failure in following builds whether on Jenkins or
Github actions::

   - org.apache.jmeter.protocol.http.control.DNSCacheManagerSpec > Valid
DNS resolves and caches with custom resolve true

Is it the test that is flaky or a potential regression related to new
version ?
I reverted update.

Updating dependencies on projetc, I noticed we could also update:

   - jackson 2.11 but it was not clear for me if it was backward compatible
   - jodd 5.1.5 but I think there are breaking changes, so maybe in next
   release
   - saxon 9.10 but it was not clear for me if it was backward compatible
   - jtidy has a new version maintained in another repository and another
group id (https://github.com/jtidy/jtidy), I guess we need to wait for
   another release

Please double check if I was not too agressive in my updates.
