Hi guys,

Just to let you know that Felix FileInstall 3.7.2 release is in vote. I hope to 
have the three binding votes by tomorrow.

I did several updates/fixes for which I gonna create PRs.

So, I think I will reasonably have Karaf 4.3.4 release in vote by mid next week.
