My attempted fix for this problem (catching IncompleteRead and retrying)
failed, I think because I didn’t add the correct import statement - from the
log:

fetchAndParseJenkinsLog
except http.client.IncompleteRead as e:
NameError: name 'http' is not defined

I’ve committed a fix to master and branch_7x, we’ll see if that fixes it.
