Thanks for quick response, the checkpointCollection does exist.  I didn't 
realize the checkpointCollection didn't support authentication, I do have basic 
authentication enabled.  Do you know of any work arounds? I don't want to turn 
authentication off of the server.

Also it looks like maybe the checkpointCollection hasn't be created.
