Ok, then I can load the .dll directly from the local repository with

This is working perfectly for a normal maven project, but when my maven-plugin 
has a dependency to the dll, I can't figure out how the plugin itself can fetch 
this dependency during execution. I don't find the dll in the target-folder for 
the project that is build using my plugin.

without any problems. No .dll in the target directory unless I specify an 
execution of dependency-plugin - which is fine.
