This is working perfectly for a normal maven project, but when my maven-plugin has a dependency to the dll, I can't figure out how the plugin itself can fetch this dependency during execution. I don't find the dll in the target-folder for the project that is build using my plugin. Declare it as a dependency in the maven-plugin. That is, in the project where you develop the plugin. Just like any dependency.
