[native-lang] Ping: Dutch NLC - changes to the Dutch OOo Wiki pages

Hi.

I've done some major Wiki maintenance today that had an effect on the 
Dutch Wiki pages - actually on their location in the Wiki.


Specifically:
 - Moved Main_Page/NL to NL/Main_Page
 - Added a redirect from NL to NL/Main_Page
 - Moved all Dutch Wiki pages from Documentation/nl to NL/Documentation

Why?  To group all Dutch pages under NL.  The result is that now the 
Breadcrumbs on each Wiki page are automatically inserted, and all (well, 
almost all) Dutch language pages in the Wiki are found as subpages of NL.


Other language pages that are not yet using the ISO Language Code 
subpage naming structure will probably be hit by a similar cleanup at 
some point.
