For the plugin portal I would like to ensure, that the keys to the
client credentials for the OAuth infrastructure are accessible to the

The donations are not done yet. If this does not hinder them, I see no
problem. One repository that is critical is nb-java-x. If I understood
correctly, that is the home of nbjavac.

That code is GPLv2-CPE and thus can't be hosted on apache
infrastructure. I have two ideas:

a) Oracle hosts it itself and/or migrates it to git and hosts it on
github

b) We form a new organisation on github and host it there

Both approaches will work, but we should do it before the repository
vanishes.
