Microsoft has changed the Store recently, so an installed AOO is
detected as "installed".

Hopefully it now detects the new release and let's user install the
update...

I have re-uploaded the signed Windows binaries to /dist/dev and rsynced
all artifacts to our staged dir on SourceForge.

Mirrors are being populated now...
