hi maybe I am the only one, but I feel I start from scratch everytime I welcome a potential translator or other tasks. Would it be possible to make a couple of mail templates, we all could use, and adapt to the single situation, so all mails have the same set of information. just an idea. rgds jan I.

Some of these mails are encourage by the content from intro modules. The goal is to start engaging the new contributors with the rest of the community. I think automated mail will discourage this first encounter. Also we actually want to know what are their skillsets and suggest areas where they can be most helpful.
