Aren't there some areas where I would prefer not to show the english name but the regional one for the german view? e.g. in the Netherlands or some spanish regions... it's probably best to just try it out In which format would you like the list and where would you want to integrate it into your stylesheet? I guess you would perform this via PostgreSQL views. Claudius ___ dev mailing list dev@openstreetmap.org http://lists.openstreetmap.org/listinfo/dev

He contributed a lot, but some of the code he wrote is overly complicated in my eyes, but I don't really have deep insight into this topic. Conflict handling is still a field where josm needs to be improved, so please contribute if you have better solutions. When you have trouble with code it is better to ask questions about the API and interface in general, as there probably you get better answers than when you ask specic code questions. After you read the specific code you are probably more expert than any one on this list :-) So, and now I will try to checkin all your patches. Come back in some hours... Hi, Dirk Stöcker wrote: This has been designed by Karl Guggisberg. He seems to be no longer active in JOSM development (probably after there were some conflicts about the way JOSM is managed). He contributed a lot, but some of the code he wrote is overly complicated in my eyes, but I don't really have deep insight into this topic. I might make sense for Upliner to write to Karl directly and ask him about the reasoning behind that construct. It is possible that it is overly complicated but it is also possible that there is some easily overlooked special case for which it is required. Karl will know.
