We now have shortlinks on osm.org, e.g. http://osm.org/go/WKW5SAtP
Can the code which does the expansion into a full openstreetmap.org URL look at the Referer: header? And if the Referer: field is the openstreetmap.org page from which the URL was created, show the user a page which has the shortlink URL? I'm at least nominally on vacation until SOTM. Bonus points if you can cause it to be pre-highlighted like tinyurl does.
