This is purely done by pagespeed. Maybe it can be more investigated and a bug raised? 2.-You have 1 url (https://uhl.site) with 2 cannonicals (https://uhl.site and https://uhl.site/de). These is not the way to have multilingual pages. You need to explore the hreflang html labels. Can you elaborate a bit on this one?
