The default.0.10.testprofile shouldnt really be added until such time as it can
be actually be used.
Changing the clean-dir argumetns to delete all contents of the work dir is a
good idea, but using the * will lead to creation of a directory named *, can we
use the actual work dir as the argument instead?

The Java 0-10 profiles use the CPPExcludes to exclude tests. This should be
updated, with a separate Java010Excludes file for 0-10 tests, removing
exclusions that are only meant for the C++ broker. Additionally, a default
0-10 profile should be created for future work in VM broker testing.
