SAMZA-2084: [Samza Sql] add logging when exceptions are swallowed and
rename util package
## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
This PR is to resolve:
1) Samza Sql Shell: add logging when exceptions are swallowed
2) Samza Sql: rename the package name of "testutil" to "util".
## How was this patch tested?
Pass the current unit tests.
