I noticed content as of Sept, so I assumed it was me, but maybe they froze it 
after that date. I assumed my backstop was tweaking the HTML in svn a bit and 
skipping the wiki -> svn step but sounds like that won't work either.

Yes it appears that Infra have frozen publishing from SVN, so I will
have to research a different way of doing it from Git (I know Apache
Directory made this change, so I hope it won't be too complicated).
