Ended up finding what Clay was referring to. Updated documentation to execute 
`npm run example:watch', not 'npm run test:watch'

That's interesting. I don't think test:watch was ever a thing. npm run test was 
the only way I was aware of. I think the correct thing to do is to just update 
the contribution guide.
