This release is cancelled since it is affected by SLING-7421 [1].
Thanks to Radu for catching this regression and for Konrad for
assessing the impact of the release.
The plan is to drop the starter 10 release artifact and respin once we
have a new i18n release (maybe include them in the same release vote
for speed.
