[~olli]. Yes, Fabrice is still our only contact. Hopefully he is able to help 
us with provisioning soon.

As for skipping the SonarCloud integration, that is not possible 
out-of-the-box, but it should be possible to:

- update the .sling-module.json descriptor to get a {{jenkins.skipSonarCloud}} 
property
- update {{slingOsgiBundleBuild.groovy}} to check that property and skip the 
SonarCloud step if needed
