Isn't this covered by "reuse"? Doing look-ups even minutes after the original
scan is unsatisfactory for QA purposes.

Is this still a valid issue after 8+ years?

My ena corpus is the majority of the total corpi now and the ena-week[0-3] is
all less than 5 weeks old.  We should be able to delete all of the stale ham
and spam from old contributors that are no long active.
