Re: Apache StreamPipes logo

2021-01-25 Thread Dominik Riemer
Hi,

as it seems there are no more comments, I've just removed all logos that had
either no or no positive comments and will start a vote soon to elect our new
logo!

Re: Apache StreamPipes logo

2020-12-08 Thread Dominik Riemer
Hi,

as some of you have suggested to rotate the logo in order to better visualize
the "S" of StreamPipes, I also added options 10 and 11 to the wiki ;-)

Re: Apache StreamPipes logo

2020-12-07 Thread Dominik Riemer
Hi all,

coming back to our logo discussion - I had a look at your comments and added
options 7-9 to the wiki:
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/STREAMPIPES/Logo

Are there any more ideas/comments? Otherwise, I suggest to start a vote soon!

Re: Apache StreamPipes logo

2020-08-24 Thread Philipp Zehnder
Hi,

thanks for starting the discussion and thank you @Patrick for your new
suggestions.
I really like them, but I am in favor of keeping the old icon.

I added some comments to the Wiki.

Philipp

Re: Apache StreamPipes logo

2020-08-17 Thread Patrick Wiener
Hi,

thanks for putting it on Confluent.

Even though I would like to see the ASF feather and/or color scheme as part of
our Logo I guess
this cannot be easily done by combining it with our existing style - greenish,
blueish.

This would really involve a drastical change, such that we would need to create
sth completely new.
Does anyone have a cool idea or some sketch what this could be like?

Other than that I would like to have „apache“ as part of the logo.

Patrick
