Infra team has added back the OpenJDK 1.8 242 to the Jenkins yesterday. We
can move forward with that.

OpenJDK Support (was: Introducing Docker and K8S artifacts)

Hi All,

As we discussed, I tried to configure Jenkins to use OpenJDK 8 for our
Jenkins build. But unfortunately, it has been deprecated by the
infrastructure team[1].
Apache POI project has reported a Jira ticket[2] asking to put it back as
they require it.
I also commented on the same ticket mentioning our requirements. Let's wait
for few days to see whether we get a resolution.

strategy of the project too.
