Re: [Dev] [AS-6.0.0] [SAML-SSO] Sending authenticated user attributes to webapp

2016-08-29 Thread Dinusha Senanayaka
In App Manager, we process the SAML response and add SAML response
assertions as JWT token and send to backend as a header. Shouldn't we try
to install AppM features and get the gateway features into AS without
redoing the same ?

Dinusha.

Yes, we are including this for the OpenID Connect based SSO project. But
for SAML, we do not have a way currently, so we can use a common approach
for both. We need to first come up with the proper API here.

[Dev] Scatter Plot missing values

2016-08-29 Thread Aneela Safdar
Hi,
I have sent this email and didn't get any response yet. I hope you guys are
working on it. I tried some more data and concluded that scatter plot isn't
plotting anymore data on y-axis with same x-axis after it has done once. In my
problem, I am not seeing any multiple ports against same ip address.

Waiting for the suggestions.
Thanks Regards,

[Dev] [ESB] Invoke fault sequence for http fault scenarios

2016-08-29 Thread Udara Liyanage
Hi,

ESB invokes fault sequence when error occurred in mediation flow. In
addition we can configure error codes on which an endpoint to be invoked
fault sequence [1].

However can I configure ESB to invoke fault sequence for http error codes
such as 403, 401 etc?

I can have a filter for http_sc and check it after call mediator. However
in a service chaining with multiple endpoints, we will have to do that
check after every call.

Hi All,

I have came across an issue when loading sample input xml to data mapper.
Sample input xml can not have namespaces as default namespaces and same
namespace should be given with the same namespace prefix. Otherwise
unexpected behaviours can be occur during the transformation. Should these
be in the docs?

Thanks & Regards,

+1

There are 2 tasks here,

1. Per each web app admin/developer should able to configure required
claims for  SAML request.
2. Java API to extract values for above claims from SAML response, either
through session or parameters.

Also this need to be consistent with approach used in OpenID Connect value
project.

Thanks !

We need to send the user attributes that are returned from SAML response
with the successful authentication, to the webapp using some way. We
discussed whether we could send this as a session attribute or using a
request parameter.

@Kalpa, let's create a jira for this and add this to change to upcoming

[Dev] WSO2 Identity server OpenIdConnect with OWIN

Hi All,

I was wondering if you might have an example of how to use WSO2 Identity server
OpenIdConnect with OWIN, I have been trying to figure this out for a few days
now. It seems like there are multiple people encountering the same issues, so
it would be great if we can create a sample project which explains how to set
this up. I asked a question on Stack overflow in which I posted my
investigation into the issue.

Re: [Dev] DSS - returnUpdatedRowCount property is not supported in Dev Studio

2016-08-29 Thread Madhawa Gunasekara
Hi Nirodha,

Thanks for reporting this. We will include this property for the upcoming
DSS-tooling release. currently, we don't have a patch for this issue.

Thanks,
Madhawa

Re: [Dev] [Jaggery] [WebSocket] [CEP] Closing the Web Socket Connection from server side

2016-08-29 Thread Dilini Muthumala
Hi Manu,

If the websocket client has not being authenticated, the websocket server
needs to close the connection. Something like below:

<%
var user = session.get('user');

webSocket.onopen = function () {
var user = session.get('user');

if (user == null) {
this.close();
}
};

%>

thanks,
Dilini

2016-08-29 Thread Udara Rathnayake
what we can do right now is ask client to close the connection from the
server, which is not feasible for CEP guys as I heard.

@dilini can explain the full use case.

[Dev] [Jaggery] [WebSocket] [CEP] Closing the Web Socket Connection from server side

2016-08-29 Thread Nipuna Chandradasa
Hi All,

There is a requirement to close the WebSocket connection from server side.
Currently there is no close() functionality available for WebSocket from
the jaggery side.

1. Is there a reason to why didn't we implement this in the first place?
2. Is there any other way of terminating a web socket connection?

Thank you,

Re: [Dev] Support multiple Set-Cookie header in Integration Server

I think this is a poor design oversight and no specific reason, and we
haven't thought about multi-valued headers. Please go ahead and change the
API.

[Dev] Support multiple Set-Cookie header in Integration Server

2016-08-29 Thread Nuwan Wimalasekara
Hi
 In our code, We are using a map to keep the headers. Even if there are
multiple headers with same name with the incoming request, We only keep
one. As the design we are unable to handle the multiple headers with same
name at the moment.

However HttpMessage received from netty includes all the headers and it
keep multiple headers with same name since it use java.util.LinkedList to
keep the headers. So we also should use List to support multiple header
with same name and be careful when adding and updating the headers. Because
we have to check whether It is a new header or updating the existing header

Is there any intentional reason to use map in keeping the herders.
Appreciate your thought on this

I could successfully run IS test suite with the upgraded Kernel 4.4.9.
Hence +1 for the release.
