2016-09-12 Thread 郑文兴
Dear all,

During the running of the WSO2 AS, how will the Services/Applications be run
or scheduled on the Application Server? Are they running on different
processes or threads?

Please shed some light and share more details on the architecture.
Appreciated for your kindly help.

You can simply write a standard JAX-RS application that supports
application/json and deploy this in WSO2 AS which can be exposed to external
users to call. Here[1] is an example.

[Dev] [Architecture] Dynamically Detection Of Broker Nodes In Cluster And Load Balancing

2016-09-12 Thread Sidath Weerasinghe
Hi all,

Dynamically detection of broker nodes in cluster project; This implement is
changed to C4 from C5.

In server side -
I got the AMQP transport address which is mention in broker.xml. Sometimes
it mentions as 0.0.0.0 so it got the problem when getting that address. For
that, I'm going get all the interfaces (LAN , WIFI) bound IP address and
store in the database when the node is joined to the cluster. When node
shutdown or node goes down I will remove them from the database.
Maintaining a flag to notify last issued IP address on the database.
According to that, I will shuffle IP address.

I modify the Andes client and implements the new InitialContextFactory.
Inside this, I will call web service and get the IP and port and resolve it
according to the client network. After that get the Actual IP and the port.

Refer mail thread - "Dynamic Detection of Broker Nodes in Cluster and Load
Balancing"
If any feedback please do reply.

[Dev] Restructuring Tooling Folder Structure

2016-09-12 Thread Imesh Gunaratne
Hi Devs,

I updated the folder structure in [1] according to the high-level
architecture of the final deliverables and added README.md files
accordingly:

├── desktop
│ ├── README.md
│ ├── main.js
│ └── package.json
├── modules
│ ├── README.md
│ └── sequence-diagram-editor
│ ├── README.md
│ ├── css
│ ├── fonts
│ ├── images
│ ├── index.html
│ ├── js
│ └── lib
└── web
└── README.md

The idea of this is to create separate distributions for desktop and web
inside corresponding folders using tooling modules found inside the modules
folder. Please go through this and share your thoughts.

[Dev] EMM - Alpha compatibility with MySQL 5.7

2016-09-12 Thread Chamara Ariyarathne
There was an issue in the API Manager dbscripts for MySQL 5.7 like "DEFAULT
0" parameter is not allowed for "TIMESTAMP" columns. The fix was to add a
separate set of scripts with this parameter removed. The fixes can be found
in the jira;

https://wso2.org/jira/browse/CARBON-15913

We will have to incorporate these scripts in EMM pack.

Hi,

Yes. Keep a queue for unapproved messages.
Use CLIENT_ACKNOWLEDGE
Get messages from unapproved_queue (u will receive a batch, abt 1000 to
client buffer)
process.
If approved, send the message to approved_queue
If not send copy of the message to original queue
ACK to session.

Thanks

Hi Hasitha,

Thanks for the confirmation.

Looks like for my requirement, selectors is not the choice.

My requirement is to have a queue with messages which can be approved by
another party. Need to maintain the queue messages which have not been
approved. Possibly the best option would be to use another queue for
unapproved messages and keep it untouched.
