Carbon Store version - 2.4.1

I have attached the screenshots of store. When a user logged into store, it
shows the tags of unpublished processes.

Which version of the carbon-store component are you using?

I attempted the following scenario and was not able to see the tag of
unpublished assets.

   - Create gadget: Foo
   - Added "meow-cat-1"
   - Visited the Store and confirmed that the tag and asset were not visible
   - Moved the asset to Published state
   - Visited the Store and confirmed that the tag and asset were not visible
