 When a new log level is set up, the grid is not refreshed, meaning, in some cases, the user is not shown that the content was actually updated. The old Logging app used to do this. The cases are:- when changing a logger's level that inherits it from its parent, the tick should disappear- when changing a parent's log level, the children should also get the update
