As of day seven the Mozilla-newcomer-firehose is, unfortunately, still knocking me down on a regular basis. Nevertheless, in my short time here, it's been mentioned to me a few times that there is a need for a more structured, visible process by which potential extensions are captured as ideas, reviewed by relevant stakeholders, and eventually delivered to the world.
