Dear all, I'm Pedro Fuentes, from WISeKey this is to raise an issue communicated to us by Alex Gaynor, about some test EV certificates that we issued with wrong validity period. We identified the issue as a human error while defining the initial template for the tests issued for our test domain hightrusted.com, these certificates aren't in use. These test issuance were done between November 2016 and January 2017.
We verified that the templates were properly configured after these tests and newer certificates disallow validities nor compliant with the requirements. The mis-issued certificates will be revoked on the minimum possible delay. I'll use this message to confirm the closure of the incident and provide any additional information that could be needed.
