[ANNOUNCE] NSS 3.41.1 Release

The NSS team has released Network Security Services (NSS) 3.41.1,
which is a patch release for NSS 3.41.

It fixes the following bugs:
* Bug 1507135 and Bug 1507174 - Add additional null checks to
  several CMS functions to fix a rare CMS crash.

The HG tag is NSS_3_41_1_RTM. NSS 3.41.1 requires NSPR 4.20 or newer.
