Possible intermittent lost mail from Pagure
I can't quite point to proper evidence, but I have a feeling that email notifications are being lost from Pagure. One case where I'm about 90% sure this happened was with: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/ogre/pull-request/3 where I did not receive the "cc @rjones" email. I don't think it was dropped by spam filters etc. I've seen other people complaining about this too, today for instance: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/pcp/pull-request/25#comment-187753 On a related subject, pagure does not send out email when someone rebases / force pushes to a pull request, which seems like a pretty big problem. But please note that there's a huge list of processes that are not in the wheel group: e.g. any random service on the system that is running unprivileged. Previously, it would have access to dmesg, possibly making it easier to escalate some vulnerability to full root access. With this change, dmesg becomes unavailable so extracting information about the running kernel is harder.
