in this case it looks like a gcc (packaging?) bug, so a resubmit
shouldn't help. And I think Fedora bugzilla is a correct place to 
report

such bug.

Besides this: resubmitting gives you the choice to chose the platforms 
to rebuild (with the failed preselected).

Hello Dave,

You will get the option which platform you want to have the rebuild
for, when you click resubmit.
IIRC even the platforms where the last build was successful will not
be selected by default.
